Damaged merchandise
Received my Pandora charm yesterday in the mail after opening package and taking it out of packaging and placing it on my bracelet immediately I noticed a stone missing took a picture sent it to seller no reply or response then this morning another stone is missing from the Pandora charm I sent another picture to seller showing this and still no reply to me! After reading some of the feedback on this sellers page I fear I’m stuck with a broken charm.

OP2 years agoThank you for your advice and reply to my comment. I waited for this Pandora Charm to arrive I have 5 Pandora bracelets filled with charms and was so excited about adding this to my collection and for it to turn out damaged was a big surprise and it wasn’t done in shipping or traveling through the mail system if that would have been the case the little baggie it was packaged in would have the broken stone in it and I made sure I double checked. I’ve never had any problems buying on EBay before always great experiences so this is just a let down to say the least .

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
