damaged meat grinder
received meat grinder damaged believed repair would be cheaper than shipping as it weighed over 150 pounds,but was not so. seller had said he had insurance on the shipping. After repair I tried to contact seller but got no response and gave him negative feed back after 3 days no response.

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee overrides a seller's "No returns" policy.
You should have filed a Return Request due to "damaged" item. The seller would have been responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping insurance is for the benefit of the seller, not buyer.
