Damaged listing?
STUCK personalization option on my item. I've already turned off all personalization options and it's still there when the buyer looks at the listing. HELP!

What is the eBay Item Number for the listing?
Have you done these exact steps?
I would turn ON personalization,
Remove the details from the personalization field,
Turn OFF personalization
Save the changes.
