Damaged items
I need help.The last 4 purchases were broken during shipping.The packages have been Crushed And Appear to be mishandled. It appears they did not use caution when handling the packages .

Mentor5 months agoGo to your Purchase history, locate the transaction and CONTACT SELLER. Notify the seller that the item arrived damaged, include photos of the damaged item, the outer packaging, the shipping label, the inner packaging. Set that all aside in case the carrier wants to inspect it all. File a Returns Request due to Item Not as Described/Damaged. Seller can Refund the buyer in full and not require return of the item. Seller then filed an insurance claim with the carrier. (If seller wants the item back, the seller accepts the return and pays for a return shipping label, but will not be able to file an insurance claim).
