Damaged Item Return and Negative Feedback
If I refunded a buyer and accepted a return. Can I and how do I ask ebay to take down his negative review asking for a return?
I shipped a game and it arrived damaged. The buyer immediatly posted negative feedback asking for a return in the feedback. This was before they formally requested a return which I accepted. They left the feedback up. Do I have any recourse?

Requests to have negative feedback removed can only be made if the feedback is less than 60 days old.
