Damaged item recieved
The item I received was in poor condition, I've been in contact with the seller, I've provided pics, video, of the clearly poor shape of the item... The response is to give me a 1$ dollar money back. Is this normal? The item was only 3.xx$ but I needed it for cellular phone repair and expected a better product arriving on the doorstep.. Id like it resolved. Thanks for helping

You have eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Here's what to do...
If you’ve received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
