Damaged item
I recently sold a June oven and when it was delivered it was damaged. It was brand new when I sent it and now buyer wants to return. Why would I want a damaged item back when it was sent in original packaging? How do I file a damaged item return with post office?

·2 years agoAsk the buyer for a few pictures of the item and package, then refund the buyer.
Have the buyer hang on to the item and package so it can be inspected.
You file a claim with the carrier.
