damaged item
i purchased 4 cadillac center caps that go on the wheel. very poorly packaged (brown paper bag , with shipping tape around it except where my address was hand written , which you can barely read. I dont know what to do......i cant find anything on here for someone selling me broken parts / poorly packaged parts . HELP !!!!!!!!!Thanks , Tim
