Damaged item
Hi.I want to return a damaged item,the seller will cover posting cost but what about packing?why I have to spend any money to send the broken item ?How can I get this to paid by the seller too?Thanks

Mentor3 years agoDid you send lots of photos of the damaged item to the seller? If the damage is beyond repair, the seller can issue a full refund and NOT require you to return the item. If the seller wants the item back, you can use plastic grocery bags or newspapers as packing material. Return the item in the same box as it was sent in. Affix the return shipping label on top of the original label.

Mentor3 years agoWhat kind of packaging is required? Regardless it would be up to the seller, as ebay only forces the return shipping cost and only has your original total payment amount to refund.
