Damaged item
Received order that was listed as no damage. After receiving item had a chip on the rim. Listing says seller does not accept returns. tried to start a ebay return but unsuccessful. What am I supposed to do.

Mentor5 months agoIf under 30 days Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, damaged. This overrides any no returns. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
