damaged item
I received a package damaged with a big hole on it and the item has damage to it. i want to get cash back or at least a percentage of what i paid and i do not want to return the item to the seller

If you want a refund, you must open a return for ‘not as described’ or ‘missing parts or pieces’.
The seller will pay for the return label.
Sellers are not required to refund if the item is not returned.
Have you told the seller of the shipping damage?
What was their response?
