Damaged Item
Ordered a rock and pinion in April and went picking it up at the USPS office box was severely damaged. Decided not to receive it like that and asked the USPS person to return it. Did an Ebay return request and because I didn't use their label, they wouldn't refund my money.

Mentor11 months agoWhen you had the USPS return the package you lost your Money Back Guaranty protection. You must take delivery to have protection from eBay. You will now have to go to your payment source to see about a charge back. Each payment source has time limits for charge backs so ask now.
