damaged item
seller doesn't accept returns--my item arrived damaged/bent up. seller said it was perfect when shipped? Shipping box was in perfect shape-not crushed or dented in any way! My question is how a "perfect shape" item got so bent up/damaged with no visual damage to the shipping box? Something is not adding up! What are my options, what am I to do?

·1 year agoOpen an item not as described case. The eBay money back guarantee overrides the seller’s no return policy.
