Damaged item
Hello,
I purchased a leather pant but unfortunately the item arrived after I had left for work outside the country. When I opened it 90 days later, the item was damaged and I have contacted the seller with no response. The issue is the seller never disclosed these damages on the item.

Since it is past the 30 days to use Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, there is nothing that Ebay can do.
Contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to inquire about their refund policy.
