damaged item
I ordered a receiver and it arrived damaged. I purchased the warente and i kneed to know how to report this and get it fixed. first time user.

You should return it for a full refund - the warranty generally will not cover shipping damage.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Add the comment arrived damaged.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
After you get the refund for product, you can call the warranty company and ask them to cancel the coverage.
