Damaged item
Hello I just received an item that is in several pieces I've contacted the seller and they suggested I mark it as damaged and eBay will send them a link to get a refund going but I can't find anything like that on my end? Anyone know where that option is located? Thank you for your time.

If you go into your Purchase History, there should be a link there to open an Item Not As Described case. eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee so you would need to do that within 30 days of the delivery date. The Seller is required to respond to the case within three, business days.
