Damaged item
I got the toothpaste I ordered almost a week late and when it arrived my product was damaged. How do I return it and get it replaced with expedited shipping at no cost to me?

Mentor3 years agoeBay will not ask the seller to replace with expedited shipping. You can request a return - I would return for a refund and make a new purchase since eBay does not handle exchanges very well.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Click see more under the reasons and select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
