Damaged item
Dear All ,
I have ordered a car radiator and asked the seller to wrap it properly with bubble wrap .
He said he will and sent me a radiator thrown in a torn box and of course it was damaged .
The problem is that i used shop and ship aramex for international shipping and i paid a lot for shipping as well , so I cant return the item on my own expense.
Who can help me in this case aramex or ebay ? And what to do exactly ?
