The first thing you do is contact the seller. Include photos of the damaged item, the shipping label, the outer box, the inner packaging. The seller should refund you and tell you to keep everything to the side incase the carrier wants to inspect it all. Then the seller needs to file an insurance claim with the carrier and upload all of the photos you sent.
