Damaged in shipping

Question

Hi Y'all,

I shipped some porcelain plates by "USPS Parcel Select Ground", and 3 saucers got broken out of 32 total pieces. My question is; does that shipping have the $100 insurance included? and how do I go about it? I should know this, but if you could point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful.

I thought this had me insurance, found out that it doesnâ€™t. Now I know for the next time. learning as I go

No, Ground doesn't have insurance, unless you pay extra for it.
