Damaged Carpets
I purchased a carpet on EBay in Dec 2023 the carpet was delivered damaged in January I reported to EBay and the seller. I agreed to get a second carpet delivered and had to cancel my report with EBay in order for the seller to ship a second carpet. Second carpet came damaged and I requested a refund. Ebay doesn’t acknowledge the second carpet and I am out over $2,500 and no one is willing to get me my money. eBay has no phone number I can call.
I would appreciate it if someone knows how I can contact customer service by phone

There is no reason you "had" to cancel your report to Ebay. Now you can no longer have Ebay step in to help you.
File a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal or contact your payment source.
NEVER "cance" or close an Ebay dispute until the matter has been completely resolved to your satisfaction.
