Damaged Book, Seller stopped responding

Question

I bought a used book that in the description said NO MISSING PAGES. When it arrived it was missing the first 30 pages of the book. I messaged the seller and she requested photos. I sent them and she said she could not view them. They are standard jpeg format. I sent them again, no reply. I sent another email asking how we could resolve this. No reply. So what do I do now?

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee which allows you to file a Return Request.

Within 30 days after delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match description". Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
