Damaged b4 shipping
Hello, I was packing an item up to ship out an I damaged it. I sent a picture to the buyer to ask him if you still wanted the item I would discount the item, but I wanted to let him know that I did damage it while I was packing it. I have not heard back from him. I don’t know if I should ship it with a little bit of damage on it. Or cancel the order?

You do not want to ship an item that does not match the listing. You can wait to hear back from the buyer until the last day of your handling time. If you do not hear back then cancel for the damaged item.
