Damaged at authentication center
Has anyone shipped an item in perfect condition to an ebay authentication center, but then it was received by the buyer from the center in damaged condition? I can't figure out a way to talk to anyone at ebay about this.

OP9 months agoI finally found a way to actually speak to an ebay rep, and she was very helpful. Ebay is taking care of it.
