Hi, I was sold a PLUG IN PORSCHE BATTERY CHARGER and found out it’s not even working. I message the seller about the product and he voluntarily return the portion of the money that I paid. I actually paid $100.75 including tax/shipping and he gave me a refund only of what he received from eBay of $57.00. I don’t think it’s right. Why I have to suffer from this transaction. Why he’s selling something that is not even working. Now, I feel so afraid electronic stuff as it might happen again. Sir, I don’t wanna mention your name and code. If you read this, please make sure your products are perfectly working because it’s not fair for the customers.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
