·3 years agoAsk the buyer for a few pictures of the item and package, then refund the buyer.
Have the buyer hang on to the item and package so it can be inspected.
You file a claim with the carrier.

Mentor3 years agoThe seller files the claim. You should refund your buyer now - do not make them wait for your claim. Ask for photos of the item and the package, then ask them to hold both. They may need to take it to their PO for inspection.
