Damage in transit
Our buyer has received the article but it has been damaged in transit despite our best in packing.
How do I claim from Evri or Ebay if the buyer decides to return?

Mentor2 years ago@246hawks The seller is responsible for refunding the buyer for items damaged in shipping. The buyer is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
The seller is covered by the postal insurance IF ANY. You are located in the UK and this is the US volunteer board.
