Damage from shipping to buyer now want to return it and a refund when i already paid the shipping
And thr item was damaged while shipped so they don't want it

"Damaged" item is covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, so you will have to approve the Return Request, provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund when you receive the returned item. Or you can issue a refund without the buyer returning the item.
