Payed for item on the 15 it never shipped message sell he will not respond back still have not received item every time try to report just says report failed

Mentor1 year agoYou should be able to file an "item not received" case the day after the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase. Three days later, if the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery you should be able to ask eBay to step in.
