D did not receive my item, but he took the money. It’s been 22 days.
I need eBay to step in on a purchase I made they took the money and they have not sent me the item so I got ripped off for $379 dollars I can’t afford to lose that money he has not sent me my item. He should not have been able to take that money

Mentor8 months agoCheck your purchase history for the last estimated delivery date for the package. You can open a case for an "Item not received" once this date has passed by at least one full day and not more than 30 days. When you open the case the seller must prove with tracking that the package was delivered or is still moving through the shipping carriers system using tracking. If they cannot do this within three days you go back to the case and "Ask eBay to step in". eBay will then force a refund from the seller.
