Mentor1 year ago@teztamang It appears that you are using the eBay International Shipping Program so that means eBay refunds the buyer out of their pocket and you keep the sale.
The buyer just needs to file a not as described refund request case.
If you have any issues with the case not being processed according to the EIS seller protection rules then contact CS on social media as the agents are more experienced.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
