Customs return
Need some advice. I shipped a short sword antique to a customer in Israel. Buyer paid shipping. Customs stopped the shipment and it was returned to me. I refunded the purchase price but not the shipping cost as this return was a no fault of the seller. Correct or incorrect decision. Thanks in advance. DaveĀ
