Customs Payment
Sent goods to china, apparently they made it there but are stuck at customs (per the buyer) and are waiting for a $6 payment from me. Question is, why wasn’t that cost added to postage I already paid when I initially sent out and how do I, if I’m responsible, pay that from the US?
