Customs lost a part of buyers order
Buyer is very happy with his order but contacted me because box was missing a key part of the order. He said the way he received the box it was a torn up mess. He will be happy if i sent him another part which i don't mind doing but don't like to pay again for shipping and the hassle. Do i have any options?
