Customs Fees On EBAY International Shipping
I have a potential buyer from Spain, He wants the Customs/Duties fees to be paid at checkout. When he went to checkout, he did not see this option. Instead,, there was a comment ":authorities may apply duties and fees upon delivery". Any thoughts?

·2 years agoThat is only possible if you ship from the UK, using the Global Shipping Programme.

The Global Shipping Programme, is what you need to add. But I doubt if the US still offers it.
