customs fee
I ordered a package from ebay on March 4th from the seller shopfacetmilfor with free international shipping, but I recently received a message from customs that I have to pay the customs formalities. Normally this should be free. If this is not the case, do I have to pay this or the seller?

Mentor1 year agoBuyers are responsible to pay for all customs fees. It says that on the ebay screens.
If your order is being shipped to an address outside of the United States, local consumer tax and/or customs duty may apply. Online marketplaces such as eBay may be responsible for collecting the tax, or the package's recipient may need to pay these to clear customs.
