Hi I was wondering if I buy a labcreated diamond ring from India what would the custom charges be ? I live in Pennsylvania USA

There is no way to know in advance as any Customs fees are assessed once the item reaches the USA. However, in general any items costing less than $800 is exempt from Customs Fees although there are exceptions. You would need to check the US Customs Service website for further information.
