Customs
ebay is saying my package from Mexico is held in customs, but that’s not what the Méxican postal service tracking says. Is this just a translation issue? How do I resolve this with customs?

Mentor2 years ago@parallax503 If you purchased an item and it's stuck in customs you can file a not received refund request when the item is at least a day late arriving.
The seller might not have provided the required paperwork OR the item can't be imported to the US.
If your package is late arriving this is what you do to receive a refund:
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
