Customers returning an item, I refunded him on the 14th. How do I know if he shipped it back to me?

Mentor2 years agoYou should NOT refund until you get the item back. If you refund before the buyer tries to print the return shipping label, s/he will not be able to print out the shipping label. Refunding at this point means you do not want the item returned. If the buyer has already printed the return shipping label, I do not know what happens if you then refund the buyer. I suspect the item will successfully be delivered back to you.
