Customers return items are being sent to my home. I've never sold to these customers.
Hello,
So far, I’ve received two packages at my address that appear to be returns from customers, mistakenly sent to my home. I am not the eBay seller that the customer is trying to return the order to. I have never sold anything to the customers. I am receiving random items that customers are attempting to return. It is incorrect on eBay's return department. On the shipping label, it is addressed to Bargain Websales and has my address as the return address. This is incorrect, and I need eBay to figure out why the returns are being sent to my home. I’ve attempted to contact eBay to update the return address, but I haven’t been able to speak with anyone. Please help me in resolve this issue.

If the problem is not specific to your account, you can ask your question here. Lots of experienced buyers and sellers who volunteer their time to answer questions about using ebay.

Mentor1 year ago@ric55762 The seller is responsible for having a correct return address in their account.
There is not a " eBay return department" .
Customer service will not be able to assist with getting the package sent to the seller.
All you can do is mark the package refused, return to sender.
The seller will still have to refund the buyer once tracking shows delivery to the address they provided .

OP1 year agoThank you for trying, I appreciate your help. I will contact the customer and try to get the information from her. It's frustrating as you can imagine. Thanks again for the insight and for taking the time to help me out!
