Customers offers not being sent to me
I had a customer message me saying he has tried to send me an offer for an item for $120. I checked my item and the minimum offer is set at $110 so that isn't the problem. I have double and triple checked everything and no trace of any offer coming threw or being automatically rejected. I am running under the assumption that the customer is not doing anything wrong. So what could be going on? I would like to get my offers.
