Customer with wrong adress on ebay
Item was delivered to the address on file. Customer doesn't receive mail there anymore. Still wants the item. States that it is being returned to me. Tracking doesn't show this. If I do get it back can she pay to have it resent and how?

Buyers have the chance to double check their address on check out. If tracking shows delivered to the address on file with eBay, you are covered by eBay Seller Protections. If the people at her old address return it to you, you can send your Buyer an invoice from PayPal to reship.
Whatever you do, do not refund unless you have the package back.
