Customer Wants Refund for Weather Delay

Question

Hi, I just started selling on ebay and I shipped a jewelry piece that has been delayed by USPS due to weather. The Buyer is saying it is lost and wants a refund. Meanwhile, I've sent her all the USPS weather notices as proof that it is out of my control.

I let her know that USPS has to confirm that the item was lost and, that I don't offer refunds though I just learned that ebay will force my hand.

Since this is because of weather, what are my options?
