Customer wants "Pick up only" item to be shipped

Question

I had someone buy and pay for an item that was "Pick up only" before noticing that detail. Now they would like it shipped, but I cannot find any way to add shipping and send a new invoice since it is already paid.

Is there any way to get this shipped through Ebay?

Hi @parsonbooks

Actually, you need to ask the Buyer to ask you to cancel the transaction so you can Relist it with the Shipping option added. If they agree then you can cancel suing the reason Buyer requested.

Once payment has been made on a transaction it cannot be changed.
