Customer wants item to be shipped elsewhere other than USA

Question

This customer won the auction item that I was selling. He has since not paid for the item because he wants it shipped elsewhere other than the United States. I stated in my Point of Sale that no shipment will be out of the United States. Why has the customer insisted on this? Can't they read my posting?? I need help in resolving and canceling his order for my item.

@12toyotaprius4 Cancel the sale as problem with buyers address.

Then add the buyer to your blocked buyers list.

It's not possible to change an address after an item is paid for even if you wanted to without canceling and relisting so that the buyer can purchase again.
