Customer wants a partial refund for a used phone.
Phone was sold . Then 2 months later. Customer claims that the phone has screen burn. Am I responsible. For and issue that customer claims 2 months after reviewing said item.

Buyers cannot use the Money Back Guarantee beyond 30 days from date of delivery, so you can respond to their demand as you see fit.

OP3 years agoI thought so. He says if I don't send a partial refund that he will leave negative feedback . Can he do that? Thanks for the info.

Buyers can leave feedback for up to 30 days from date of purchase.
