Mentor3 years agoPick the closest option to your own issue so that you can be put in touch with the correct department when requesting a chat or a call back. eBay customer service is not the place to go for very rare or unique issues, or problems that require creative solutions.
You can try posting your question or issue on the discussion boards for advice and suggestions from experienced users.
