Does eBay have any customer support agents based in USA ? That we could actually understand what they are saying on the phone and that could actually understand us and the problems we are facing with this automated ai junk!!

We can answer 99% of questions right here. We know eBay's policies and procedures.
OR you can try social media so there's not a language barrier.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
