Can somebody please tell me how to contact customer support and please don’t tell me about this automated system crap. I’m generally trying to speak to someone over the phone and offer the life of me find anything.

There are very few ways to talk to a live person at eBay.
Have you tried social media? Currently, that’s the best avenue for resolution, according to what I see on these boards.
You could also present your situation here, on the boards. There are many volunteers here. Many have experienced your issue themselves, or have seen it presented here many times. They can help you figure out the best path to resolution for your situation. You may not need to talk to eBay at all.
