·2 years agoIf it’s not about your account specifically, you can ask your question here, and get a faster, more accurate answer than your probably going to get from CS.
If you do want to contact CS anyway, I recommend using social media; they have surperior CS there.

You can also use the Help and Contact link to request a call back. I’m hearing impaired, though, so I like using the social media site.
If you do that, to speed things up, send them a PRIVATE message with your user name, contact information, and a brief description of the problem. They will fairly quickly send you a link to verify it’s you, and they’re reasonably good with their response time.
